Day 1. June 18th, 2011.
I got really angry earlier, and I’m trying to find ways to calm myself and get past my panic and anxiety attacks without needing my medications or taking it out on Albie. I’ve been able to manage them if they’re fear or stress related, like if I see a snake or have to go into a situation I’m not comfortable in. But I haven’t managed to get a grip on my anger anxiety attacks. So today instead of freaking out at Albie, I grabbed my camera, got in my car, turned my music up and took off. I wasn’t sure where I was going, just that I was going and the restless feeling was easing. I stopped a few places and took pictures once my adrenaline slowed. On the way home I saw tiger lilies on the side of the road. They’re some of my favorite flowers, so I pulled over & took pictures, then I picked three and went back to the house.
